About the Yenching Academy:
Yenching Academy of Peking University was established in 2014 with the goal of pushing academic study of China beyond the boundaries of traditionally defined Humanities and Social Sciences disciplines through a specially designed, English-taught Master’s program. Students from its ten cohorts hail from 85 different countries and regions, and have previously attended 390 universities worldwide.
Recruitment for international candidates for September 2025 intake was open until December 1, 2024. Application deadline for candidates from the Chinese regions of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan is open until January 8, 2025. More information is available on the Yenching Academy admissions portal.
